1. Eligibility Window & General Conditions
We offer a 3-day replacement and exchange policy starting from the date you receive your order. To qualify, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Sale, clearance, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
Reporting: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days via WhatsApp or call at +973 3449 9546.
Proof Required: To expedite claims for transit damage, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the sealed package.
Cost: If the fault is on our end (defective item, damaged transit, or incorrect fulfillment), replacement shipping is 100% free of charge.
3. Size Exchanges & Customer Preference
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style:
The exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
The item must pass our standard inspection upon arrival at our facility.
A standard handling and re-shipping fee of 2 BHD applies to cover dispatch logistics.

Approval & Instructions: Once authorized, our team will provide return dispatch details. Items sent back without prior notice cannot be accepted.
