Looking after your CHARLES & KEITH products will help you get the most out of them. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, oil-based cosmetics and abrasive agents.
After each use, wipe them down with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dust or dirt. Ensure they are completely dry before putting them away.
Store your items in a box or dust bag, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. This will help preserve their shape and integrity.
Our products are made from a variety of materials, each requiring special care. You can find detailed information on how to look after each material on the left.
A Note from Seller 👜
Thank you so much for your order!
Because our bags travel through transit and international cargo conditions, you may occasionally notice slight flattening, temporary creasing, or minor indentations upon unboxing.
How to reshape your bag:
Simply fill the bag with soft stuffing (tissue paper, bubble wrap, or a small towel) and let it rest upright for 24–48 hours. The material will naturally regain its original silhouette.
